Extruded Rubber Products
State Seal Company is proud to distribute the Parker TechSeal® line of extruded rubber profiles. Extruded rubber profiles are made using a hot vulcanization process from standard or custom profiles. Extruded rubber profiles offer an effective and affordable solution for many sealing applications, and are especially useful when a large-diameter profile (too large to be molded) is needed, when hollow or unusually sized solid O-rings are needed, and as a source of low-closure force seals.
Our experienced and technically oriented sales force can provide product selection and design support, whether what you require is a standard extruded rubber gasket or a custom extruded rubber seal.
The TechSeal® line features many standard extruded rubber profiles including in the following configurations:
- U-Channel
- Solid and Hollow-O
- Solid and Hollow-D
- Solid and Hollow Square
- Rectangular
- Hollow-Dart
Alternatively you are invited to consult with our highly trained sales staff on the design of a custom extruded rubber profile. Custom extruded profiles are also available in silicone and where appropriate additional polymers -- for example nitrile gasket material or ethylene propylene.
Custom extruded rubber profiles can come in a variety of configurations including:
- Spliced rings (hollow and solid)
- 4-corner PSA-backed spliced "picture frame" gaskets
- Custom fabricated extruded rubber gaskets
- Cut-to-length product
- Bulk cord with or without PSA backing; coiled or spooled

- State Seal Company's in-house Quality Control department conforms to:
- MIL STD 45662 for calibration
- ANSI ASQLZ 1.4-1993 for sampling procedures
- MIL I 45208 for military inspection purposes
